SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with PawShine. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and securely as possible.


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note:

  • Processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • During high-volume periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.


SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We may offer international shipping to select countries.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

  • Delivery delays due to customs clearance are outside of our control.

  • We are not responsible for packages refused by customs.


INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

PawShine is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@pawshine.com. While we will attempt to assist, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, PawShine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

  3. If unresolved, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the packaging and product

  • Email: info@pawshine.com

We will evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.


SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Customs delays

  • Incorrect address entry

  • Events outside our reasonable control

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address, failure to claim, or unpaid customs fees:

  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
