We want you to love PawShine. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Due to the nature of our products, opened or used supplements, chews, or ingestible products cannot be returned or refunded for safety and hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
Please include photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Return Process
To request a return, email info@pawshine.com before sending any items back.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back. Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return your unopened item and place a new order separately.
Refused Shipments
If a package is refused or returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees may be deducted from any refund.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify.
Opened or used ingestible products are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
